Sales Associate
Location: Houston, Texas  
Reports to: Sales Lead 

Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate at Aria Signs. you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and driving sales for a variety of signage products and solutions. The Sales Associate will work closely with architects, developers, and construction professionals to promote and sell the company’s architectural offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients, including architects, developers, contractors, and interior designers, to introduce and promote architectural products or services.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Needs Assessment: Listen to and analyze client requirements, providing guidance on the best sign products based on their goals, budget, and project timeline.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s signage offerings, materials, and production processes to effectively communicate features and benefits
  • Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotes, proposals, and contracts
  • Order Management: Oversee the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen professional relationships within the architecture and construction communities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. A background in architecture or design is highly valued.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably related to architectural products, construction materials, or design services.
Skills
  • Ability to understand and discuss construction plans and concepts.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or a related field
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse client types
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Preferred Skills

  •  Background in design or an understanding of graphic principles is a plus
