Aria Signs & Design is looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys capturing real work in action, creating engaging social media content, and turning everyday project moments into strong visual stories.

As a Content Creator, you will help document our signage projects, fabrication process, installations, team culture, and completed work across Houston and beyond. You will work closely with our marketing team to create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, our website, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content of projects, installs, shop work, team members, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and social media campaigns
• Edit videos with clean transitions, captions, trending audio, and brand-focused storytelling
• Take high-quality project photos before, during, and after installation
• Assist with content planning, creative concepts, and social media ideas
• Organize media files, project folders, and content assets
• Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them in a way that fits the Aria Signs brand
• Help create content that highlights our craftsmanship, design process, company culture, and completed landmark projects

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Strong photo and video skills
• Comfortable filming on-site, in a shop environment, and around active installations
• Basic editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar programs
• Good eye for composition, lighting, detail, and storytelling
• Able to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in design, architecture, signage, construction, branding, or fabrication is a plus
